No Show Fees

Our No Show Fee is 45%   Please understand that the no show fee is to preserve the opportunity for our stylists who rely on bookings to provide for their families.   As we show every courtesy to our clients with our services, we ask for your courtesy as well to allow our stylists an opportunity to book other clients when you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Appointments may not be cancelled or rescheduled online within 12 hours of appointment start time.  Please call the salon for assistance within the 12 hours window of your appointment
